New patients visiting this site can save time by filling out all necessary forms needed for the initial consultation appointment. These forms include a general history, medical and dental history, your dental insurance information, informed consent form, and HIPPA form. For your convience, you can fill them out online, print, and bring them with you to your initial appointment or email them to us ahead of time. After you give us your email we will be able to email you appointment reminders.
Dr. Frank has been practicing Orthodontics in the Pittsburgh area since 1984. For your convience we have two office locations. Our Mt. Lebanon location is 455 Cochran Rd. Our Squirrel Hill location is 2345 Murray Ave. Our practice's top prioity is to provide you with the highest quality orthodontic treatment in a friendly, comfortable environment.
We strive to keep current of all the latest technological advances in our field. We utilize the latest concept in treatment called passive self ligating braces. This treatment concept greatly reduces the friction and therefore the forces, and treatment times are actually reduced. We provide treatment utilizing the Invisalign system. This is a method of straightening teeth without braces using a series of thin, clear aligners. This is considered invisable orthodontics. We also correct crooked front teeth using small, smooth braces placed on the lingual of the teeth, that is, the back or tongue side of teeth. We call this lingual treatment and these braces can not be seen when you smile.
