Jessica Dennis
I am the treatment coordinator/ receptionist at Dr. Frank's offices in Mt. Lebanon and Squirrel Hill. I also substitute as a chairside assistant when I am needed. I love working in the wet lab as well, pouring up impressions and trimming models. I present the financial information for treatment. Our office works with many insurance companies and I help determine your insurance benefits and calculate the payment plans.
I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelors in Social Science, specializing in Early Childhood Education. I love working and interacting with children so this position suits me well. I also have skills in communication and customer service. I am married with two dogs whom I love like children. I grew up in Pittsburgh and after some traveling I have returned home.
Kay Schneider
I have worked with Dr. Frank for the past 21 years. I have served in several different capacities during my time in the office. I am the clinical coordinator. I oversee the assisting as well as assist chairside. I do the majority of our lab work which includes pouring and trimming dental stone models and I make some of the retainers we use in the office. I also have my X-Ray Certification and help take the diagnostic records needed prior to starting orthodontic treatment. I also do the majority of ordering supplies. We go through lots of brackets and wires. You'd be amazed at all the materials we need to perform our job. Over the years I have attended many continuing education courses in Orthodontics to keep current in this specialty. I love this field, our patients are the greatest!
I enjoy spending time with my family, especially Lila, my new grandaughter. I also love to knit and quilt.
Diane Beaver
I have been with Dr. Frank for seven years working as the Insurance and BIlling Coordinator while also handling the receptionist duties in the Mt. Lebanon and Squirrel Hill offices. I enjoy watching the transition of Dr. Frank's patients as their smiles evolve from works in progress to works of art.
Away from the office, when this die hard Steelers fan isn't listening to ESPN or watching a local sports talk show, I am enjoying my two grandchildren Dylan and Callie. In my spare time I get my exercise walking my three dogs, Sprocketts, Scruffy and Jennie Belle.
Lauralee Nuckles
I've been a Pennsylvania State Certified and Registered Dental Assistant since July, 2006. In Dr. Frank's office I work chairside assisting Dr. Frank in placing braces. I remove and replace arch wires and my favorite duty is to remove the braces after the patients treatment is finished. That is the patient's favorite part too! I'm also X-Ray Certified and take all the diagnostic records.
I enjoy spending time with my family being active in my childrens' PTA and reading. My son, Cody, is 14 and daughter, Rachael, is 7 and both have been treated by Dr. Frank.
