About Dr. Samuel Frank

Dr. Frank attended the University of Missouri prior to serving five years with the U. S. Coast Guard. The final three years of his Coast Guard active duty Dr. Frank was attached to the Public Health Service in Louisville, KY. participating in dental research. During this time he continued his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville. In 1981, Dr. Frank graduated from The University of Louisville Dental School earning a D.M.D. degree. Dr. Frank then began his orthodontic residency at the University of Oklahoma. He graduated in 1983 having earned a Masters of Science degree and a certificate of specialization in Orthodontics.

In 1994, Dr. Frank was certified as a Diplomate by the American Board of Orthodontics. This noteworthy achievement is a voluntary effort in continuing education, unique in that it applies earlier classroom work and conventional continuing education to the real world of patient care, culminating in the presentation of treatment results, under board guidelines, for critical review by a panel of nationally respected peers. The significance of board certification, however, goes far beyond achieving the approval of a small panel of experts. The greatest benefit comes from the in-depth self-evaluation that goes into the years of preparation to become board certified. Dr. Frank is commited to continuing to keep up with the ever changing field of orthodontics in order to provide you with the best, most current, treatment possible.

Dr. Frank is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, The Pennsylvania Association of Orthodontists,  and the Western Pennsylvania Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Frank is married to Karen Spiegel and has three children: Jessica, Eli, and Lucy.
